MINIMUM PERIOD

24 hours, as from the hour of the rent.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRIVING OF THE CAR

The lessee is to possess regular documents:
- A valid identity card/passport
- A valid drivers license
- A minimum driver’s experience
The car may be driven only by the person, who signed the contract.

1. ALL RENTAL PRICES INCLUDE:

Unlimited mileage;
All passengers’ seats insurance;
Third Party Liability insurance higher level, according to the Government regulations;
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) covers renter’s responsibility for damages of the rented vehicle with the exception of:
- All damages and breakdowns on the interior and the exterior, on the car undercarriage (suspension, tires, wheel rims, etc.), which are not caused by a fire or an accident.

- All damages and breakdowns caused by driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.

- All damages and breakdowns caused by inappropriate use of the car, high or inappropriate speed, non-compliance with the road conditions, as well as when a written statement from the Police is not presented in case of accident or damage.

Prepaid road taxes;
24-hour emergency phone support in case of technical problem or accident;

Exchange of the rented car in cases of breakdowns through Company’s fault;
Additional equipment – roof rack, snow chains;

The rental prices include VAT.

2. RATES AND DEPOSIT

The rent and the deposit should be paid upon car pick-up in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.

Payment of the rent by a credit card is possible only when it is made directly at our offices.

The deposit could be paid in cash or by credit card.
The deposit is refundable after car-return and after inspection of the vehicle.

The deposit is a guarantee for damages at the vehicle, in case of:

- Damages and breakdowns on the interior and the exterior, on the car undercarriage (suspension, tires, wheel rims, etc.), which are not caused by a fire or an accident.

- Damages and breakdowns caused by driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.

- Damages and breakdowns caused by inappropriate use of the car, high or inappropriate speed, non-compliance with the road conditions, as well as when a written statement from the Police is not presented in case of accident or damage.

The rental contract is formed upon 24-hour rental price, i.e. if the car is rented at 10:00 a.m. it should be returned at the same time at the end of the contract.

3. RENTING OF A VEHICLE

A reservation is valid after a confirmation from the Company and the client.

Upon car pick-up the client should present a passport and a valid driving license.

The rent and the deposit should be paid upon car pick-up

The vehicle is submitted with determined quantity of gasoline and need to be returned with the same quantity.

Extra fees apply for car pick-up out of working hours.

4. RETURNING OF A VEHICLE

The non-returned amount of gasoline shall be deducted from the deposit or shall be paid in cash. Extra gasoline is not refunded from the Company.

Delay in car up to three hours is charged an extra 1/2 rental rate.

Delay over three hours is charged a full rental rate.

Delay of more than 24 hours without warning the company or without its expressive consent, are charged as follows: the rental price for the extra days + one rental day fee, and the car is reported missing to the police and to the insurance company.

In case of prolong the rental contract the Company should be informed in time on the indicated office phones.

In case of prolong the contract by client’s wish the passed period is not recalculated. The prolong is paid upon the official tariff for the full contract period.

In case of earlier returning of the rented vehicle the Company should be informed in time on the indicated office phones. In case of earlier returning of the vehicle without informing the Company the same keeps its right not to refund the rental price for the whole period.

In case of earlier returning of the rented vehicle the contract has to be recalculated upon the used period and from the sume to be refunded are deductable 1 rental price.

Extra fees apply for car return out of working hours.

5. THEFT, ACCIDENT OR TECHNICAL PROBLEM

In case of car theft or an accident, the client should inform the Road Administration Authorities for making an official statement and inform the company as soon as possible.
Presence of official statement frees the client from a financial responsibility, excepting the cases of illegal use of the vehicle (driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, with high or inappropriate speed, non-compliance with the road conditions, pulling a vehicle and etc.)
In case of accident by client’s fault the Company is not obliged to change the car with another. This is possible only if there is available vehicle upon additional agreement with the Company.

In case of accident by client’s fault, he is responsible with the full amount of the deposit.

Damages and breakdowns caused by unauthorized by the Company driver are payable in full amount by the client inscribed in the rental contract.
In case of technical problem of the car, which does not allow the car to continue the contract, the company is engaged to deliver in 24 hours another car within Bulgaria, at its expenses.

In case of loss, destruction or theft of the vehicle papers, registration number or keys, the client is to pay a penalty in amount of 50 euro.
Small repairs, done by the client and with company's knowledge, during the contract period, will be cash down by the company.

Preferential rates for long-term contracts.

In case of unforeseen circumstances the Company keeps its right to change the booked car with another (appropriate to the client’s requirements and at the arranged prices).

The Company keeps its right to cancel a reservation for a car and is not obliged to replace it with another, if the booked car is found to be inappropriate to the client’s needs (number of passengers and luggage).
